How do I take delivery of my smoker?
•Upon arrival, carefully open the box or wooden crate and remove your grill or smoker from the packaging. Check to ensure that all parts are included and that there is no damage from shipment.

•Place your smoker on a solid noncombustible surface (e.g., backyard concrete or brick patio). Your grill or smoker is HEAVY so please ask for assistance.
•If storing your grill or smoker in an enclosed space AFTER USE, please make sure it is sufficiently cool to avoid fire danger.
•We recommend purchasing a grill mat from your local home improvement store and placing it under your new smoker to protect against unintentional grease and/or ash spills.
